For almost two decades, Margaret has worked with individuals, leaders and teams to achieve extraordinary workplace results. She started her career working in corporate Human Resources for some of the most notable companies in the Fortune 500. She learned the fundamentals of Talent Management and Organizational Development as well as the power of aligning personal and business goals during her time in pharmaceuticals. Margaret also worked for a financial services giant, where she ran a global leadership development program for the top 3% of management, the executive development assessments center, and emerging middle manager coach practice. She later deepened her expertise running global Talent Management at two different companies - at one of the largest beer companies in the world and at a high growth medical devices company. She additionally gained invaluable experience as a senior leader running an HR organization within the construction industry.
Margaret is a graduate of the intensive eight-month coach training program at The Hudson Institute of Coaching in Santa Barbara, one of the leading executive coaching certification organizations in the U.S. and an International Coach Federation (ICF) accredited program.
