We team with leaders and their managers to identify key goals, milestones and measures of success. In working with newly promoted managers, targeted integration and coaching plans are built in conjunction with the leader, their manager and HR in order to provide comprehensive, new role support.

Leadership Program Coaching
Coaching is often a part of a broader leadership development program or professional development offerings. We can provide this experience to individuals participating in your organization's program. We will work to understand your curriculum or learning objectives. We then internalize your model and approach to coaching, and marry it with our expertise and methodology.

Once the stated objectives of the session, we will leverage assessment tools, team effectiveness models and/or work design principles in order to increase the effectiveness of the experience.
